Crew member points out areas of interest in Historic Granbury On weekend afternoons, join us for a relaxing Scenic Cruise. Enjoy the large window views from our climate-controlled dining room, or head to our canopied upper deck. We'll point out points of interest as we cruise past the historic hills and valleys surrounding Lake Granbury. Snacks and soft drinks available onboard.

Scenic cruises aboard the GRANBURY RIVERBOAT begin at Pier 144 Marina and travel north for a wonderful view of the historic Granbury Square centerpiece "The Courthouse Clock Tower".  As the captain turns us south we travel past a Great Blue Heron Rookery, a unique bell tower, the coppertop house, Leonard's BoyScout Camp area, and magnificent views of Comanche Peak.

Join us for a relaxing scenic cruise aboard the Granbury Riverboat Enjoy our narrators' tales about General Granbury (confederate Brigadier General), John Wilkes-Booth (said to have lived out his days in Granbury after killing President Lincoln), Jesse James, Belle Starr (a legendary local horse thief), Davy Crockett's widow that moved to this area after his death at the Alamo and the Comanche legends of how Comanche Peak was named and of the Comanche Chiefs burial caves.

Saturday Scenic Cruises run from 2:00pm-3:30pm.

Sunday Scenic Cruises run from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
